I generally deal with the Camden SC store. About 4-5 months ago I came in this location and was greeted with a beautiful smile by the GM wonderful young lady the best the store could ask for I recently found out she’s Gone 😢 just makes me wanna cancel my contract 😞 this Aaron’s needs to do better 🤬
I called Aaron’s to check on my order, emerald answered the phone saying “ugghhh Aaron’s how may I help you” I proceed to ask what’s going on with my application being that the money has been taken out of my account already and she told me that there is no order for me. I informed her that $25.00 was taken out of my account then she says well wait a minute, she put me on hold then another woman who I assume is the manager picked up the phone saying ma’am we don’t have an order for you yet because our trucks only come on Wednesday’s and yours won’t be here until next week. The time frame is not the issue, I just wanted an estimate of how long it would be. I didn’t ask for the nasty attitude that I received. The simple answer would’ve been your order is being processed, and won’t make it to our store until next week.
Been dealing with the lancaster Aarons for 2 years.. love dealing with tay the manager, really easy to work with. Bought 4 things through them so far. Would recommend doing the payoff in 120 days same as cash..great deals that way
been dealing with the people at this store for 2 years now, Never Had a problem with them and they have always been helpful and understanding when times were hard. They always go above and beyond when dealing with a customer.
I always pay on time or I call with the correct date of my payment. I've been there with them for a while. They always call and leave a message not until the day after missed payment. Instead the same day of payment they call someone on referral list and tell them to tell me to contact them! This is not what there policy has been. Outraged at how they have been lately and very unorganized. This is the second item I have purchase but never again and I'm sending back what was leased. Terrible unorganized management buyer be aware of what you are getting into. They were great to deal with before but new employees aren't within protocol
