Thought that I had canceled from the location that I rented from. They didn’t even deliver the product yet and still had the audacity to charge me. Rent a center is in dire need of streamlining their orders.
I have been a Rent-A-Center customer for almost 2 years now And the people at my Rent-A-Center are super. It takes a lot of patience sometimes with me and Joseph and his crew have been awesome. We've worked together and managed to have a very good relationship. They have a smooth system, not tons of red tape and deliveries are fast and thorough.. Personalized customer service and truly satisfied customers are their priority. Iv been very happy doing business with these awesome professionals! Thanks for the great service .. The folks at my store truly try to help in any way to ensure customer satisfaction . We now have history and have developed a good relationship. They are not afraid to devote their personal time if needed to resolve any issues a customer may have. Thanks RAC RED BANK IN CHARLESTON
This place is a mess. The guys are rude and unprofessional. Associate Came banging on my door like he was apart of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Dept one evening demanding payment rudely.. only for me to inform him that they had already collected my payment via autopayment off my debit card and rudely asked if I had proof. I showed him on the app which he then told me to wait while he verified with his boss. Then his partner tried telling me some nonsense about my agreement I signed in which he wasn't even at work the day I came in to sign my agreement. In short... Avoid at all cost, it's not worth the headache.
