Worst customer service I have ever dealt with I have been ahead of time on every payment even making 2 payments at once and the first time I have an issue it’s a problem and all the lady could say was not my problem I can’t help you recommend to never buy anything from this location

I had a very frustrating experience at this Rent-A-Center. On March 29, 2024, I went in and paid (cash and card) two weeks in advance for a king bed set. I was told the entire set was in stock and ready to go. The store even told me they only sell complete sets — meaning, if I wanted just the rails, I’d still have to buy the whole package (headboard, rails, dresser, nightstand, etc.). That was fine, I agreed and paid for the full set. My delivery was scheduled for April 4 between 1–3 PM. No one showed up. I called after 3, and a worker told me they were still coming. Then around 4:57 PM, I got a call saying they only had the bed and a nightstand — the dresser was missing. That’s unacceptable when I specifically paid for a full set and was told individual pieces weren’t even sold separately. I canceled my contract on the spot, and now I’m being told I have to wait until the store manager returns just to get my refund. No sense of urgency. No professionalism. No accountability. I had already moved and was relying on this furniture. Instead, I was left with nothing but excuses and delays. I paid in full, two weeks ahead, and got absolutely nothing. Go to Aaron’s to get what you need — at least they won’t waste your time or money.

Horrible service. We had to unhook sectional and move and deliver it ourselves. Paid for a bed as well that was difficult to take apart the manger fussed and cursed at me and my guys and refunded the money. My first payment came around I went in the store to pay they said make two when one was only due so I left to pay on website. Shortly after they came to my home and was trying to get in my home with me and my daughter inside watching them. Next day kept calling while I was at work at told them I was at work and mind the payment was made. So when I got on break I called back and said why are yall still calling and you got the payment man said make your payments on time and maybe we won’t try to get in your house. That’s breaking and entering and using excessive force to retrieve something I already paid for.Only one person in that store respected me and tried to take care of me and never was rude and his name is Hiram. And another lady with pink hair the rest just rude and horrible. Simply goes to show someone using power to an advantage and treating customers horrible.

I love the service there. The store manager Petrese gets to know her customers and works well with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and work well together. The sales manager Shavon made sure I had everything I needed and was so into making sure I was happy. I told my brother and sister in law to check them out and they love everything they have as well. When the guys came out to deliver they were very professional and made sure everything was set right. I love the ease of paying and the reminders. Great place to shop
