I did temporary fix for problem You caused damage. And you sent this poor guy with nothing he could but a drill. I have more tools than he does. I still no real resolution . Except to take more off work. Your customer service are better than magement . I've have been in the service industry for 25 years.If I did my job like I would fired. You set your employees up for failure .
Do not buy appliances from here! I bought a dryer and paid it off, then it went out so I went to ask them can they fix it and about the warranty on it. They told me it didn’t have one and I asked how much to fix it they couldn’t even give me a number or a loaner to help me out while I got it fixed and I bought a living room set and a bedroom set and paid it all off and they refused to help me. When I asked for a number to call to get help he told me to look it up. It was a brand new Samsung dryer
