Great customer service from Ms. Toni at the front desk to the gentlemen delivering my furniture.
My experience was amazing. I got help finding exactly what I needed. And the lady that helped me was super polite! Actually she was amazing, she made everything so easy
Giving one star was being generous. I experienced what could only be described as strong arm collection tactics. Of my second payment!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY. I would Not recommend anyone to subject themselves to this sort business.
Customer service absolutely amazing incredible people very friendly. Considerate. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the people working there. They are amazing. But as far as delivery goes not so much. And also I’ve been paying for merchandise that I have not received due to circumstances out of everyone’s control. But when I was finally able to receive it I asked to switch for something cheaper. And in doing so I have no credit towards what I’ve been paying on although I’ve never received it I don’t agree with that. If I’ve been paying for something that I haven’t received it seems like they should be able to credit me in someway shape or form.
