I really want to give higher stars but Jamie and his rude attitude is the absolute worst. I have had nothing but problems out of him and I have been dealing with Camden Aarons for years.
I called to return an item after having it for a month because I just wasn’t happy with the way it looked in the bedroom. I didn’t really have the space in the room to accommodate a full bedroom set and only wanted the bed. The person who worked in the store was very rude because I wanted to return the item. Said it was a box set that couldn’t be separated. I said will take it all and I will get something that only comes with a bed. I can return it when I want, I am not Obligated to keep an item. He said ma’am you haven’t paid anything on it, you have to pay for it but you where on a month free special. So if my 1st month was free and I am returning it before the month ends, what is the problem? I have paid many items off in NC but I will not be using this location in SC again.
The process was quick and easy. We didn't get anything that day but did our application. When we returned we just picked out what we wanted, scheduled our delivery and paid our money. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about products.
We just got a Beautiful Couch from Aaron's.. we love it.. the people are friendly and helpful..
