I have been doing business with this company for a long time. Ms Cathy is a nice lady. I go to church with her. I went in on Monday and they didn't have any washing machine. I went back in on Friday because I received a message from rent a center. I went in and the gentleman had a really nasty attitude. Be careful who you deal with. I have been doing business with this company for a long time. I been dealing with the public for 40 years. You don't talk to people how you want to.
Very friendly and helpful. We had a situation where we bought a refrigerator from a neighbor, they left it in the front yard. We are elderly and needed help getting it in the house. A guy there helped us after he got off work…a side gig. 😜
It’s good so far until it starts changing in may it was 499 I had left to pay off and I paid in June so I don’t understand why is it back up to 800 I owe when I was almost done paying it off. Please fix it back or you will lose a good customer. I basically have paid for the tv I’m not paying over 3,000 dollars for a tv I done paid for.
Be careful how you deal with this Office. The manager of this Office is very racist. I have been doing business with this Office for years. The new manager turned me and my daughter down after she didn't have correct information. I tried to get it and he talked to me like a dog.
