The staff at this location has been nothing short of excellent. Whenever I am having an issue, all I need do is give them a call and it is taken care of ASAP. They are empathetic while doing their job.

The furniture we got is very nice, great quality etc. However once my items are paid off I will never do business with this rent a center again! Out of everyone I have had to work with at this location TWO people actually take their job seriously while also being courteous to their customers, Tasha and Tiffany are amazing, but David, I have never been more disappointed in an employee’s professionalism and blatant lack of respect for customers and inability to take responsibility for their own actions and behavior. Instead of being a professional “manager” you harass customers and when you’re called out on your mistakes you decide to then harass customers while they are at work about the complaint stated against you and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right you give attitude, and even laugh at the customer you’re harassing and when the customer is in the middle of a sentence you cowardly hang up the phone. Absolutely Disgusting behavior for someone who boasts about being “management”. Do better Rent a center and maybe people will actually take your company seriously instead of yall being labeled as a scam company and a waste of time and money. Perhaps it would have been better if I took my business elsewhere where I will actually be valued as a customer and my needs and concerns will actually be addressed.

I'm very pleased with the level of professionalism performed at this site Robert Smalls facility. Now, the online process gets hinky with the herky jerky rhythm, not being acknowledged by the system. Some kinks there.

My first time calling the store to ask to switch my payment because I just paid my rent and David at the beaufort sc location told me that isn't his problem and I should set my prioritys right because his merchandise was more important then my rent, I can't wait to pay these off so I never have to use this company again...
