Rent-A-Center

I rented a couch and washer dryer set. It took a week to actually get my washer and dryer set to me. When it’s finally came they came later after 6. Dropped my washer well teying to bring it into my home. They broke a grill on my Front porch they also broke the bottom step coming up. I was told if I had any issues with my washing machine not to hesitate to give them a call I received my washing machine and dryer on Friday Sunday. I tried to use it and it was broken Monday. I called and was told that the next day somebody would come to repair it and it took two days just to have somebody come look at it and tell me it was a user mistake. I was also told that they were going to go back to the shop check the one that they had in stock and give me a call back that Friday, but never bothered to call or show up. Saturday my husband called and was told they would be here Tuesday 10-14-2025. So I call them today at 3pm to be sure they were still coming. I was told yes and it would be after 6pm. Here it is 9:34pm and no one bothered to call or show up. At this point I’m just done. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent From Rent-A-Center in Batesburg, South Carolina. It’s been nothing but the runaround for three solid weeks now

I would like to talk to Mike. Nate is very inconsistent and not willing to work with me on a very serious matter. I’ve been trying and I just want to know can I get some help from Mike the manager

Received my furniture late and was wrong color I ordered teal and received a dark blue couch and loveseat.Took a week and 3 different calls to get offered an exchange and apology by then I bought teal covers for both for over $100.00 and work full time so didn't want the hassle of another appointment. Was never offered a discount or refund on what I spent on covers. I paid for furniture in 2 payments and will now look for other furniture elsewhere.

Every time I go into the store I am greeted so warmly and each staff member goes above and beyond to help. I recently purchased a computer and went back to look at washers since mine was messing up. I was meet with such helpful staff from the time of purchase to delivery!! The store located in Batesburg-Leesville,SC will continue to get my business because they actually care about you... thank you to everyone there!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is very nice and clean. Furniture and appliances are nice and clean and in great condition. The store is set up in a certain way where if you want a tv you can go right to the tv's without going through everything else. My Mom and brother do business with them a lot. My mom has actually done business with them for years and has never had a problem with anything. The weekly payments are very cheap and easy to make. They are very willing to work with you. I myself have done business with them and recently got a gaming laptop from them and have not had any problems. If for some reason you may have a problem with something you rent from them they are always willing to get it fixed with no problem. They will even let you get something in place of whatever needs fixing while it's being fixed. They do deliver and will also pick up for you.
