We contacted Valley Structures to help us move our existing 12x16 shed so that we could rework our backyard. They were very accommodating to our timeline, both moving it out of the way and placing it in its new permanent location. Justin was great! He was friendly, communicative, and on time both times. He had to work within a tight spot but worked that equipment with ease. We absolutely recommend them!

Without question, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased not one, but two sheds from Valley Structures in White Post/Winchester, VA, and I could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Samantha was absolutely phenomenal. I asked more questions than I can count, made multiple visits to the store, and followed up numerous times throughout the process. Every single time, she was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether I had questions about shed options, technical details, site preparation, permits, or delivery logistics, Samantha always had the answers and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Justin was equally impressive. Watching him deliver and place the sheds was amazing. The equipment Valley Structures uses is incredible, but it was Justin’s professionalism and attention to detail that really stood out. He carefully positioned each shed exactly where I wanted it, measured from corner to corner to ensure perfect alignment, and treated the placement as if it were on his own property. What truly amazed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After my shed was delivered, I changed my mind about the placement. Rather than treating it as an inconvenience, they came back and moved the shed for me (and I’m talking about only needing to move the shed over 1-2 feet). That level of service is almost unheard of today and speaks volumes about the company and the people who work there. In a time when great customer service seems increasingly rare, Valley Structures exceeded every expectation. Samantha and Justin have earned my complete trust and confidence. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure the customer is happy are second to none. Justin and Samantha are awesome!! From start to finish, the whole process was easy and fluid. They take time to go over all of the options with you, and keep in contact with details about your structures. They are extremely knowledgeable and some of the nicest people around! They provided oversight about placement, as well as companies they trust to put in the base ahead of time. The two large sheds with tack rooms I ordered are absolutely gorgeous, and a beautiful addition to my farm. Can’t recommend them enough! Perfect experience.

This is the absolute best place to buy your new shed. I have bought two from them and I am looking to possibly buy another. The staff are amazingly helpful, funny and kind. When they delivered the sheds, it was done very professionally from a very knowledgeable driver. Absolutely couldn’t be more happy with the service the shed and all the services that I’ve received from them, Top-Notch place to do business with. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From start to finish, Valley Structures and the foundation company they referred us to exceeded our expectations. We've never seen contractors so hard working, detail oriented and very nice. We chose to have the shed built on-site. When they got to the site it became apparent that they were going to need to park substantially further away than initially expected, meaning every tool, every piece had to be hand carried a good 200 yards to the site. They just got it done....not a complaint, not a pause. We can say enough about this company!!! Great job Valley Structures!!
