I've tried to get a quote in writing from Dillan for months. Today I called again and he threw out a really high number, I dont know for sure but seemed so high so he didnt have to do the work to actually sell a barn. I asked him again to send a written quote and he rudely said ok and hung up on me. I called back and told him dont bother as will use a company with better customer service, like MD BBarns. His behavior represents the company and shows they do not care about their customers.

We ordered an 8x8 shed from Ulrich using the website. The order process was extremely easy with the options nicely organized and the prices clearly displayed. The communication during delivery was excellent. The delivery was on-time. The driver was very knowledgeable, and the installation was quick. The shed is high quality, and the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with our new shed and would definitely use them again.

Best customer service!! Had help in all areas when it came to ordering my custom shed. From size to color options. It was ready to be set and delivered before I was ready for it!!! I had to ask them to wait another week to deliver... and they did. I am more than pleased with my utility shed and would highly recommend using Ulrich!

Our barn was delivered yesterday. Very happy with the construction. Well built. Our salesman, Jorge Sandoval, was very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. Also, want to mention that the delivery man, Javier, did a great job and made sure we were satisfied with our new barn. Will be buying more from this company. Thank you.
