I visited the Fort Worth store to look at the possibility of a large dog house. Me and my mom were greeted by a gentleman named Shaun. He was very helpful and did not brush us off when I told him that my HOA approval process takes 35-45 days. Even after hearing that, he made it a point to carefully listen to all of my wants as well as HOA requirements. For the first time in a very long time, I really felt heard. I was very comfortable with him and I can’t wait to be able to finalize my purchase with him. Thank you Shaun!
Easy design, prep, and construction process. Brady was instrumental in designing our shed and providing recommendations. Definitely a high quality product. Construction was completed in one day and cleanup was thorough. Wish we had space for a secondary shed!
3/31 Update / Post Build - Fantastic experience with Ulrich Lifestyle Structures! The communication from the project management and permit teams (thank you Rob and Jordan) was top-notch, and the build/electrical crews were very professional. The final on-site build quality is even better than I expected. They kept everything on schedule and kept me in the loop throughout. I’d hire this exact team again in a heartbeat! 1/19 - Had a fantastic experience at Ulrich on MLK Day thanks to Britney! She was incredibly helpful walking me through the showroom and explaining all my options. The collaborative design session was great, financing was simple, and the holiday discount was a plus. Highly recommend talking with Britney if you need a new shed! Looking forward to the on site build.
Sales Representatives and Manufacturing Shop Management were all knowledgeable about their product and very friendly and helpful during the purchase. This was the third building we have purchased and a great product. All have been built on site to our specifications.
After speaking with Lisa several times about our needs and wants for a shed, the school that I work for decided to purchase a 4 x 8 custom built lean-to shed to serve as a guard shack. They were very quick and efficient, the structure is amazing and they took care of it with no issues. A mini split was installed, and the maintenance man is finishing the inside himself. The structure is extremely sturdy and from a bare concrete slab to finished product was about 3 1/2 hours. They arrived at 10 AM promptly with all the materials and by 130 the very knowledgeable and skilled crew had a completed shed built. I cannot recommend Ulrich enough to anybody who has storage needs
