August 2025 I ordered a building through Duane Ferrel at Premier building. It was delivered to me from the factory on 10 /8/2025, With damages on the metal roof. I hesitated to let them deliver it, but was convinced by the deliver guy that this would be a simple fix within a couple of weeks. On 10/23/2025, I reached out to Duane Ferrel for an update on the repair that needed to be done to the roof explaining to him that this needs to be fixed quickly because of the possibility of bad weather blowing in and creating even more damage to the shed. He texted me back with a message stating that they should be out this weekend if they have the aluminum piece or if not for sure by next week. We are now in December and I reached back out to Duane Ferrel leaving him a lengthy message explaining what my next steps will be if I cannot get the shed repaired within a week. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would be very cautious in dealing with his company. There is no sense that we are now sitting on two months with no repairs and very possibly further damage because of their lack of concern for a customer.

Duane is awesome, but the trailer company DOES NOT stand behind their trailers. 18 ft car hauler, running lights blowing 30A relay twice, filled out warranty claim, denied for being a few days past the 30 day "wiring" warranty. When I called the company and tried to reason with them, they told me that I needed to fix it myself.

Good Company, great people! Everything delivered and done with quality!
