I purchased a couple of 2nd hand pieces of equipment from Wellsboro Equipment, in working out the kinks the staff has been more than helpful, with Dan in service keeping me updated, and Gus delivering my mower back and giving me helpful advice when he could have just dropped it off and left, (I appreciated the input he offered), a shout out to the owner for calling me with a follow-up, this kind of service doesn't seem to be everywhere, so I appreciate the friendly staff at Wellsboro Equipment.
Chadd Frey of Wellsboro Equipment was AWESOME to deal with. He answered all of our many questions when we were looking for a zero-turn mower for our 3-acre yard. He gave us a quote quickly and made the process very easy. We couldn't make it back into the store to complete the paperwork because we are amidst moving to the area. Chadd made things super convenient by emailing us the paperwork to complete everything virtually. He worked with our schedule and delivered the mower himself on a Saturday. We appreciate all the accommodations and help that went into making this a smooth process. We are so happy with our Exmark Quest! It mowed our big yard with no issues at all. Wellsboro Equipment has a wonderful showroom - highly recommend checking it out!! They even reinforced and worked around the slats of wood I have in the ceiling, treating the project with the kind of care and attention you’d expect in a million-dollar home. For our little 3-room cabin, that meant the world to us. Their character shined through every step of the way. They were respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, and took the time to give us a clear, thorough tutorial on how to use and maintain the stove. Every question was answered with patience and confidence. Plus, they were absolute champs with our energetic Jack Russell who decided to supervise the entire installation. Their friendly and easygoing attitude made the whole process completely stress-free. Great experience buying my tractor here. They had the tractor I wanted on the lot and got everything I needed added on I was able to pick it up a day or two after signing paperwork. Ben and Chad were great to work with very proactive and helpful not pushy. Definitely recommend supporting this local dealer. Hooked me up with plenty of swag too.
