Chadd Frey of Wellsboro Equipment was AWESOME to deal with. He answered all of our many questions when we were looking for a zero-turn mower for our 3-acre yard. He gave us a quote quickly and made the process very easy. We couldn't make it back into the store to complete the paperwork because we are amidst moving to the area. Chadd made things super convenient by emailing us the paperwork to complete everything virtually. He worked with our schedule and delivered the mower himself on a Saturday. We appreciate all the accommodations and help that went into making this a smooth process. We are so happy with our Exmark Quest! It mowed our big yard with no issues at all. Great experience buying my tractor here. They had the tractor I wanted on the lot and got everything I needed added on I was able to pick it up a day or two after signing paperwork.
