Pacco and his assistant put up our shed in just under 2 days. They were personable and professional They did good work and cleaned up afterward. We would use Kodiak again.

The guys at Kodiak buildings were supportive and helpful from the very first question, and I had a lot of them! They respond quickly to texts, showed up on time for the job, and went above and beyond to get our shed the way we wanted it! I highly recommend them for your shed and outbuilding needs. Thank you so much!

Trevor and his rockstar team at Kodiak did an absolutely amazing job with our new shed! They had good communication, fair pricing, and excellent craftsmanship. We will be using them again for future projects!

I waited more than a year before posting this review to see how well our pergola has held up. Well, it’s been great and we’ve been enjoying it adding lights & ceiling fans. Trevor was very helpful & his crew did a great job!

This past summer, I contacted Kodiak Builders to come submit a bid for a shed in my backyard. I had used their online program to build one, but not knowing really what I was doing, I wanted to speak with someone in person. Trevor called me and came out, and we decided on the height of the walls and roof, the colors, the size of the windows, the loft size, the shelf height, and the work bench. I already had the concrete slab (an 11 x 13 ft), so the cost was figured based on that. I will say that I told Trevor I wanted a 10 x 12 ft shed but he told me that the shed needed to go to the edge of the concrete slab so I wouldn't have water leaking in. NO other company let me know this which is one of the main reasons I hired them. They told me the truth, and the other companies told me what I wanted to hear! I wanted wooden beams inside and a metal outside. The build took a few days, and it had to be rescheduled a few different times due to the weather. When the walls and roof were built, the builders called me outside to ask me where I wanted the bench and shelf and the length and height of both. They followed my instructions perfectly. Now, if you look at the first picture of the inside, you'll see that the loft was NOT correct. I called Trevor again, and he came out. His team came back out the next day and fixed the issue. I was so impressed at how soon it was fixed. Everyone makes mistakes, so I wasn't too bothered. Now, when it came to building the doors, the metal double doors weren't working. The workers tried to build them, and they showed me the problems, which included the doors not opening all the way due to them hitting the outside walls. They also showed me why water would leak in if we left them like that. So I asked what other options were, and they told me the product that they used (see the pictures of the doors) was preferable, so I gave them the go-ahead to build them. They even matched the paint perfectly to the metal and left the extra paint for me. I also asked for a lock on the doors, and I got that as well. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my shed. My only issue is that one door sticks out a little farther than the other, so turning the knob and locking/unlocking can be sticky. I'm sure if I give Trevor another call, he will come out to help me address the issue. I will also say their price was about 4k-6k less than the other bids I got. I also spoke to friends about this company and they came highly recommended. Also, other companies were going to charge me to get a permit from the City of Edmond. This company let me know I didn't need one. That saved another $500. I would recommend Kodiak Builders as they will work with you to make your design come to life.
