First time renting here, and it was a horrible experience. I rented my truck and opt into mobile pickup. I came to pick up my truck and was directed to customer service due to the company not reserving the truck. I own a business, so it was super important to have this truck to transport all my items. I paid for an event spot, and this really could have cost me a lot of money. Uhaul customer service was great, and help me find a truck at another location. Never again will I use this company for anything. They are not reliable.

I would recommend them hands down for your building needs! We purchased a pole barn kit from them and also had them assemble it. They did an amazing job and I really appreciated how communicative and professional they are.
