Customer reviews
We had an outstanding experience with Graham, Premium Buildings, and the entire Pine View crew in Kannapolis, NC! From the very beginning, Graham was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered every question, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything stress-free. The Pine View crew was just as impressive. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in what they do. If you're looking for a company that values customer service, quality craftsmanship, and integrity, I highly recommend Premium Buildings. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would absolutely use them again. Thank you, Graham and the Pine View crew, for a job well done!
After what i felt to be many sincere promises, we have not even gotten a return phone call from ANYONE in this company to come to minor repair to our brand new building that's been paid in full since February. I do not recommend customer service at all. They are not standing behind their product, and not even trying 100% disappointed in customer service.
Graham and Tom are studs. Messaged graham off Facebook at 12 at night and he responded immediately and met me the next morning to get a new office for my life insurance company. They even rushed delivery to help me out. Absolute studs. I called six companies and checked with people on prices and quality and they beat out everyone. Also being able to deliver asap is amazing
We just had our new building delivered today and Im already looking for a second one! The one delivered today is the 10 x 16 economy metal building, which we'll use to store our mowers, weed eater and other yard equipment in. I looked at multiple dealers in Concord, Albemarle, and Kannapolis and this building stood out among all others as far as quality, craftsmanship and value for the money. I first talked with Tom at Premium Buildings a few months ago and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He knew all the specifications and not only answered every question I had (which were many) he answered them gladly and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. He impressed me with his knowledge of the floor material, and other things I didn't even know to ask. Most of all I felt he was a very honest person. So after several weeks of being on the "back burner", I was able to go back with my husband and make the final decision of what building best suited our needs. We felt confident in our decision due to all the help and information/education that was provided to us. During that visit, we met Graham (Tom was helping another customer) and I was hesitant to deal with anyone else besides Tom but soon discovered Graham was also a wealth of information. Both gentlemen worked well together, both having their individual strengths and knowledge that make this business such a success. Thanks guys for everything and once this one is paid for I'm coming back for #2, my she shed!!! A++
I couldn’t be happier with my experience renting from Premium Buildings. From start to finish, everything has been top-notch. Delivery was prompt, smooth, and handled with real professionalism. The shed itself is excellent quality, sturdy, well-built, and clearly made to last. Their customer service deserves special mention: friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their product. No issues at all, just a completely seamless experience. If you’re looking for a quality shed and a company you can trust, Premium Buildings is the one to choose!
They are great from the people you interact with in the office to the delivery team !!!! Everything was professional and the communication was top tier. I am younger and this was one of my first big purchases, I didn’t feel as if I was being taken advantage of at all !!!!
