Went there today looking for a shed to turn into a tiny home. Marvin and Jenny helped me and my dad and were wonderful. Answered all of our questions and triple checked everything before finalizing. They helped me personalize my shed and make it exactly how I wanted it to be. Anyone looking to buy a shed I would send them here, friendly staff with affordable pricing.

I have been meaning to post this review for some time now. Angie of Richfield is a pleasure to work with. We came to them looking for a metal garage. Even though we had already decided to order from Carolina Carport she kindly provided quotes from different companies. However, she was not pushy and respected our decision to order from Carolina Carport. We should have considered her other quotes from the begginng. Months later after being subject to Carolina Carports delays and verbal abuse we came begging back to Richfield. Angie went out of her way to help us and in no time we had our new metal garage installed. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Communication was great and we were treated very well at the store. However, the transport person they use is someone I’d never recommend or give a referral to . He left our driveway and grass messed up from his machine (never offered to clean it up). When he dropped our shed, it was even. Looked like he only had to make about 2 adjustments and it would be done. He came up to us afterwards while I was working with someone and said that everything was even and ready to go. From him stating that, I took his word and he left. When I walked over to the shed after he left, the whole building was slanted. It was terrible. The doors were misaligned as well. We asked him to come back to fixed it and he told us that he’d have to charge us another fee for coming out to fix his obvious mistake. We were/are very disappointed in how this was handled by the shed hauler and company. We are now hiring outside shed haulers to come fix his mistakes. We will not be recommending business to this shed hauler. *Check out the photo attached to see how poor of a job he did “leveling” it.**
