Very easy people to deal with! I found the listing on Facebook and Mr. Jim responded very quickly and I was able to make it from out of town to his location, examine the building, and get paperwork done in a matter of hours! The repo building I got was a great deal and in great condition. Mrs. Rose even gave me tips on how to care for the building and clean up any marks or scuffs that were already there. Thank you so much! I am pending delivery, but so far, I would highly recommend Pike!

Fabulous experience, bought a shed, had issues with contractor we'd hired for dirt work. Rose suggested a contractor who was looking for work and had already done jobs for Pike. He got the job done almost immediately. The delivery guy was also fantastic, both very professional and knowledgeable. Our experience was positive enough that we said that any future sheds we bought would be through Pike. And today, we bought our second shed. 100% recommend these folks. Great selection, very reasonably priced, and you don't need to make a burn pile or rent a dumpster if you buy one of their repos for the trash left behind. Because there isn't any. Thanks!!
