Very easy people to deal with! I found the listing on Facebook and Mr. Jim responded very quickly and I was able to make it from out of town to his location, examine the building, and get paperwork done in a matter of hours! The repo building I got was a great deal and in great condition. Mrs. Rose even gave me tips on how to care for the building and clean up any marks or scuffs that were already there. Thank you so much! I am pending delivery, but so far, I would highly recommend Pike!

These folks went above and beyond to accommodate us! They even let us come after hours to look at the bldg and make our purchase! We could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend this business. They have the largest lot and selection I have EVER seen!
