I did not buy a shed from HS directly; However, purchased a used 20x12 --15 year-old one, that was built by HSI contracted with them to move it 45 miles to my location coordinated with Glenn on Monday. We had Austin deliver it on Friday. After 15 years, this shed was solid and in great condition. I replaced some outside non-PT pine trim, but extremely happy with the shed. Not only was Austin is an absolute magician when it comes to moving and installing the shed in the location I needed it. It was an absolute pleasure watching him. The move cost was absolutely reasonable for the distance they were going considering diesel was $6+/g

My two car garage came in as promised annd ant the price projected 6 month in advance … and I couldn’t be happier about the communication and care every step of the project. We had some unique procedural and administrative hurdles with HOA and HS gave us the white glove treatment getting documents ready and making sure we met the requirements.

Glenn was very knowledgeable helping us design the perfect garage. He offered suggestions we had not thought of. In the end, we got a much better outcome and a space we absolutely love. The workers were very meticulous, respectful of our property, and cleaned and swept up each and every day. The construction is "Top of the Line". Thank you Hometown Structures!!

I recently contracted Hometown Structures to build a two story 24x24 detached garage for my new home. They worked with me on the design, the extra features, and the foundation requirements; the process was seamless. Glenn and team gave me a great price, great service and the garage came out awesome. An excellent experience from start to finish! Glenn Martin, was our first contact at Hometown Structures and the designer for our garage project. It was obvious that Glenn was quite experienced when we sat down with him to discuss what we were looking for in a garage and he immediately began to give us great recommendations and technical explanations of how it was to be built. We looked at the example garages on their site and were impressed with the quality of materials and the build. After a number of issues with survey and digsafe, we finally had a spot cleared in our woods for the project). The contractor with excavator arrived (Joe) and did a great job of removing a number of large Oak stumps and granite boulders from the dig site - experienced and easy to speak with. A separate crew came to build the footers and frostwall forms (Roman and Andrei). They knew their stuff too and could not have been more more professional. Using Dauphinias as the cement provider, the pours of footers and frostwall was completed without a hitch. The day of the pad pour, an additional crew (Jamie and Tim) provided the finishing work. After a time for pad to cure properly, the framing crew arrived who completed all the framing, roofing, windows, walk in door, siding, trim, and painting. Wow! I was very impressed with this team of three who worked in all kinds of weather (during late fall) to get the job done. Gennadii (the foreman), Arthur, and Pavel, all had an eye for detail and wonderful (and rare) work ethic that really shows in the finished product. I was amazed at just how professional and dedicated they were to doing a good job. There were plenty of corners that could have been cut, but not by these guys! Outstanding craftmanship! A subcontractor, Overhead Door of Pioneer Valley, installed the garage doors and openers who installed the doors and left in a surprisingly short matter of a few hours. Again, another great example of quality work, with doors that seal well all around! Glenn was a superb communicator throughout this experience. Always ready to answer questions and if he didn't have an immediate answer he got back to me with one quickly. So, in summary, I highly recommend Hometown Structures should you be planning to build a garage. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
