The owner that helped our college aged daughter rent a storage unit was truly kind and helpful. The unit she rented was extremely fair priced, clean, secure and convenient! I am using Storage Solutions of Hays for my daughters dorm items over the summer as we live in Denver and she is coming home. Not only was the business professional when I reached out, they were so helpful as we set up the plan. I had no idea what to do and he walked me through everything. I recommend this business to anyone in the area.
The storage units in Victoria are great! Stored my apartment furniture in one, had no issues, and didn't have to deal with and dirt or dust on items. Also had great service renting UHaul truck. Highly recommend Storage Solutions!
We were extremely pleased with the communication with the owner of Storage Solutions. Working with him was easier than any other company we've attempted to deal with in Hays. Very accommodating and kept in mind our situation when recommending his indoor units in Victoria. The units in Victoria are clean, safe, and well done. Every little extra thing to make a move easier was done; carts/trailers inside storage unit, extra boxes, voucher for a truck rental, and excellent customer service.
This storage solution has all of your storage needs unless it runs out of rentals. It has many selection to choose from and they have a friendly staff to work with. Not only do they rent out storage but they also have U-Haul's to rent out too! Overall, I give them a 4 rating. Pricing is competitive but I believe they can do better.
