Customer reviews
Great customer service. Everyone is so nice. Delivery was fast. Alec, the driver did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Crossroads Portable Buildings.
The sales person and the delivery person have given me different events. When speaking to the sales person on 4/5/21, I was told delivery would take place in 7-10 business days. On business day 11 I called to find out what happened and was told delivery takes place in 7-14 business days. That is not what I was told on the purchase date. I was also told there was a building already built, but today (day 11) the delivery person said the newly built item was waiting to be picked up in another city. The sales person said I would receive a follow up phone call, but I am still waiting because I thought the return call would have taken place today. I am very unhappy because I passed up on another company (whose prices have now increased) because I believed the sales person about the delivery time period.
Very friendly and personable!! Their buildings are high quality and are delivered on time! Thank you so much for your help and everything that you have done for my mom & me!!
Friendly service, but unable to get the carport delivered for over 3 months; attempted to retrieve my deposit, but owner Mitchell Perkins refusing to do so: will have to go through the hassle of litigation. You might ought to shop elsewhere!
