My experience from start to finish was great with Smart Shed Gainesville. I emailed Josh in December 2021 to get the ball rolling on what I thought may have been a bit of a perilous install on my very steep sloped lot. After some photos and discussion, Josh made a house visit to see for himself what I was working with, taking video to consult with their delivery team, answering my questions and making suggestion on what colors would match my house best. Good news: they could do it! I put the order in and they knocked the shed out in like 2-3 weeks; way faster than I was prepared for! Patrick at the lot in Royston worked with me to schedule the installation a few different times as I waited for weather to cooperate to have a concrete pad poured. The shed sat on their lot for two months and they never once even acknowledged my offer to pay lot rent as it sat there taking up their space. April, I finally had the shed delivered. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was skilled and entertained my nosiness and miscellaneous questions as he worked this 10x20 shed down my steep driveway and through my sloped back yard onto its final resting spot. Even with the 3/4" heavy duty floor, it wasn't terribly heavy and glided over my grass with almost no evidence. Build quality is pretty dang good for a mass-produced shed at ~$7500 delivered. I've heard some bad experiences about other brands, but this one came out just fine. No complaints, it'll hold my junk well! Thanks to everyone involved! Unrelated, but a friendly suggestion: figure out your rain drainage situation BEFORE the shed is plopped down! Heh.

I could not be more impressed on the quality and the construction of the shed. I ordered a 12 x 26, The delivery person was very professional use the mule to place the shed level the shed all in about an hour. I could not be more impressed with the sales person Josh who is very knowledgeable and helpful this is a great shed I have put my motorcycle trike Harley Davidson and my bass boat. If they had more stars I would give them 50. Once again thank you for a quality well-built shed at a very decent price....
