InstaShed Portable Buildings

Nolan helped us get the perfect fit for our needs! We went with the 12x32 and we are so glad we did business with them! They even hooked us up with a free mini split! How awesome is that?? When we realized we needed more storage we didn’t hesitate to call and go through them again! We searched around on Facebook for a while but when we came across Nolan’s add we knew it was the right fit for us! Take the trip to Douglas and see Nolan we did! We highly recommend them!! This review of my experience with Instashed. I purchased a custom shed from this company in March, and it was delivered May 1st. The reason why I went with insta shed is for the simple fact that they offered custom shed building at a reasonable price. And not the case aspersions against other shed companies, Instashed's build quality seemed superior to the competition. I had a clear vision for the shed and my salesman Austin was very helpful. I explained that the custom shed was for my wife for her birthday. So obviously everything had to be perfect. My wife is ecstatic with her shed. Thank you Instashed for your professionalism and willingness to make a wife happy. I will say there were some hick-ups but Instashed made things right. I will definitely be doing business with you again.

Everything about our experience with InstaShed of Douglas was exceptional! Our ordering process was quick, clear, and precise. Our salesperson, Austin, was friendly and easy to work with. Communication was always prompt and helpful, answering all of our questions. Our delivery and installation person was an outstanding young man and we are SO very grateful for the job he did for us!! He handled every question we asked, was patient with our changes, and worked with us through every single hiccup to ensure that we were happy with our new shed, and we could not be more pleased!! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. When I first spoke with Austin Griffin, communication was great — he was responsive, helpful, and made the process seem smooth. However, that completely changed once payment was made. After paying, communication dropped off significantly. Messages were left on “delivered” or “read” with no response for long periods of time, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to get updates on something you’ve already paid for. I was originally promised a 2-week turnaround, and I made it very clear that I needed the shed rushed. I was assured multiple times that this would not be an issue. Now here we are at 3 weeks, and I still do not have my shed, with no clear timeline or proactive communication. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told I would receive a call the next day — and that never happened. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. The lack of communication and failure to meet promised timelines is unacceptable. It feels like once they had my money, customer service became a low priority. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with caution, especially if timing and communication are important to you.

My InstaShed is Amazing!! Every step was a breeze. It was built to my specs- every window where I wanted it; door placement where I needed it. Delivery was incredible - Quick & leveled!!! I had the inside finished bc I spend a lot of time in there. If anyone wanted a tiny home, I would suggest InstaShed.Go see Seager Leavens!!! He will take really good care of you!
