Let me star with how easy and friendly is dealing with Bryan L. Wilbanks. This guy is super friendly and takes you step by step on the whole process. Great communication and no B S like other sellers or building companies that just want more money from you. I have always wanted a storage building for my property since I have too much stuff around and my garage looks terrible and I want to use it for its purpose, a garage for my vehicles. But unfortunately, this storage buildings are very expensive now due to the inflation. So when I saw that Bryan had some Repo units at an incredible price I couldn't let this opportunity to pass. Now let me tell you about the delivery. For my surprise Bryan worked his magic and was able to talk to the delivery guy and they were able to deliver it earlier than expected. Way to go above and beyond guys. The delivery guys Christian and Dave. Maaaaann! This two guys were amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Easy to talk to. Like a lot of people, I’ve been working from home and doing some cleaning and renovating then realized I was in the market for a storage building. I started shopping around to get an idea about what I wanted and the cost. I started my search at McGuiers. I found almost the perfect building, but the salesperson told me it would take 2-3 months for delivery I decided to look elsewhere. I understand that there is a high demand for buildings these days, but I didn’t expect the delivery to be so expensive and so far away. I made my way to Action Buildings and met with Bryan. This fellow really knows his stuff. When I explained what I wanted he had the perfect model on his lot to show me. Bryan explained how and why he has a superior product to the other place and when it came time talk about the price, he started lower and offered free delivery! I was delighted! Next it was time to get to the bad news – delivery times. Again, Bryan surprised me and quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery instead of the months from the other guy. We finished the transaction, and I was resigned to wait the month for my new building. Then it happened! My new building arrived earlier than I expected and the whole delivery process was just as smooth as everything else had been. The delivery men were professional and kind. They were careful to not hit my wife’s roses and put it in the exact spot I had prepped. Please save some hassle and make Action Buildings on 280 in Phenix City your first stop.
