Very friendly, informative, super delivery men! The explained how chair worked for my knee replacement. I would highly recommend them!! Fabulous service by everyone associated with them!!

Had the best experience. Hands down, Lucy and Jeremy are incredible. Lucy was so patient with me and went out of her way to help me find the perfect couch set. Jeremy, poor guy, delivered my couches alone! I don’t know how that man did it, but he found a way to get the set in, which was very difficult considering how narrow my hallway is and how large the sofa was. I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to do what he did- literally a magic worker! I am so happy and couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would just like to start off by saying I’ve been a customer of Rent-A-Center for about two years now and I want to say the location in Warwick 1800 Post Rd. is the place to be the store manager Jeremy he is very kind of polite and treat all his customers with respect And always looks to budget around To catch you the best deal and he also likes to keep all of his customers brought up on the latest New items and appliances is a very great store manager And I wish every Rent-A-Center had a great store manager like Jeremy And I hope corporate sees this and appreciates Him for all his effort Please to everyone in a review go check out the Warwick location if you live in Warwick You won’t be disappointed ask for Jeremy!!

"I visited Rent-A-Center to explore their services, having always been somewhat hesitant about their business model. I was initially interested in purchasing a TV with a visible line on the screen. Upon returning to the store, I observed that the line was significantly worse when the TV was connected to local channels compared to its initial display. During my conversation with Jeremy, I noticed an Xbox for sale. He initially hesitated to sell it, stating he needed to ensure it was properly set up. I agreed to return on Friday to pick it up. About 40 minutes before my arrival, I called Jeremy. He said he was assisting another customer with a more urgent matter and promised to call me back. He never did. Deciding to proceed, I went to the store in person. Jeremy was still occupied with the same customer. I offered to wait, but he indicated it would be a considerable delay. He again promised to call me and even offered to hand-deliver the Xbox that day. Neither the call nor the delivery occurred. I waited a few days, expecting a follow-up call or an apology explaining the delay or oversight. While I understand that I was making a cash purchase and not entering a rental contract, I still expected to receive the same level of customer service as a rental customer. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in making future purchases from Rent-A-Center. This Xbox was intended for my Esports elective, and this lack of service has been disappointing."

Spoke with Jeremy about a washer. Within 20mins of the hanging up, I had Chad and Dave at my door with said washer. They were able to get everything hooked up and running, very quickly(even with my dumb old hookups.) If I could give them more stars I would. Jeremy locked in what I needed, with Chad and Dave solidifying I will be a repeat customer.
