Had heard good things about RAC, so we took our adult daughter here as she wanted a bed. The bed that was delivered was not what she ordered, then they didn't have all the pieces, came back several hours later to finish, and put mixes of hardware in it. The FOUR wood slats they brought didn't go to the bed, and one broke very quickly, and now they're charging her an arm and a leg for a metal replacement. This place is a huge rip off.

These folks are great! Rented several electronics from them, over the last 4 years. Staff is very courteous and friendly

Absolute morons who run the business. Me along with another person had a set in our name and before delivery we went to the store and had my name taken out and only the other’s name remained on the contract. The staff verified that and made sure my name wasn’t on it. But however they keep calling harasssing me and calling others assossiated with me (despite them never even being references to begin with), and harassing them as well. They threatened to take me to court (despite the furniture never being in my name), and they give out cheap furniture not worth the price that it’s made for. It’s all just thrown together by inexperienced workers in the back and the two morons up don’t don’t have a clue to what they are doing. Don’t go here or any other rent a center, they are all the same. The staff are extremely rude and should have the minimum wage job they “worked” for to begin with.
