Customer service at sayre pa store was horrible thought I was getting a new tv hot used so I went back a second time to try to get a washer And the lady was very rude, telling me that they couldn’t separate certain washer and dryers before I even started looking at them and told me that I had to get one with the agitator. I didn’t want one with the agitator so I didn’t want the item and she got very rude with me.

Bad experience took insurance off with out letting us washer went couldn't come and for a wk two had no exchange for it got tired of it now ones in the office for use to get a hold of them

Wouldn't recommend buying anything from here they put one price online and after you put a down payment and go to try and pick it up they will tell you the website isn't accurate and the price will double even with an already signed contract. I know it's hard but don't let these people rip you off.
