The furniture that was delivered to my house was filthy & stained from front to back, top to bottom, & side to side, it even bared many holes! I'm in total awe that this is something a business would rent out to someone! When I called to complain about it I was told I could not rent anything newer or in other words better than what I had. Never again will I use this business and I do not recommend anyone else to do so. It's obvious they have no conscience or decency at store. Put it back in the dumpster you pulled it out of! (Sayre PA) *Update* Someone replied to this review and asked me to contact them via email I did exactly what they asked and I still have yet to hear back from anyone.

I saw a table online that I knew I just needed to have. I went to the store and the employee I talked to made setting up my account and delivery a breeze. My table arrived within days to the store. And free delivery and set up was quick as well. The delivery guys that came out were professional, polite and didn’t mind letting me help. (Even if they could’ve gotten the job done faster without my assist). I’ve never rented to own furniture before, but I’ll definitely be going back to Aaron’s in Sayre the next time I see something I just need.

I have done a lot of business with Aaron's Jen does an amazing job and works with you totally recommend going to the sayre Aaron's Jen and her team are totally amazing people they have worked with me and helped me even when I've had to return furniture and switch out for different Furniture which suited my needs more they have worked with me totally totally five star recommend going to see them

Don’t use them. I’m telling you NOTHING but problems. After problems. With telling you in store you owe one thing then you’ll pay it off cause it’s not much for them to call you a month later and say there system flinched and you have to pay more. They take used items with roaches. I recommend doing business in Elmira if anywhere. This store is horrible!!!! They never stay to there word. 500 fridge? Well you’ve paid almost 1200 on it and we can’t give money back we can only put it on other things you have. I’m telling you. Problem after problem.

I want to give a huge thank you to Matt at the Sayre store. There was some confusion, more than likely on my end (lol), and Matt really went above and beyond to explain things to me and assist me in leasing an item that I would have had to wait longer for. I'm a long time leasing customer. The Sayre, PA store is my local store. They are always helpful and when I've had to wait for an item to be delivered to the store, they are great about keeping me informed of the situation. I would also like to give a positive feedback for the delivery crew. During delivery they are mindful of my personal property and are always polite. I've leased around 6 items from this location. Theres a reason they keep getting my repeat business. Top notch customer service.
