Terrible communication Been waiting for a twin size mattress for 3 weeks now and they already took the money off my card everytime I call I get nothing but attitude Never got a delivery time just dates that are never promised I’m ready to talk to someone higher up this is getting ridiculous

Don't know what steps to take next. I purchased an 86" tv about a year ago. Unfortunately things happen and it fell and the screen cracked. I contacted the store right away cause i have protection +. They said they would lower the monthly payments and find me a replacement tv. Thankful they were going to help, that was not the case. Weeks later I reached back out and could not get trough to them. No one answers the phone so I reached out to the 1800 number who helped me talk to them. I was told they are looking for a tv for me. They never personally communicated anything with me other then myself receiving emails telling me I was delinquent and they would be taking the property back. Its been a couple months now and no communication or help from them everytime I reach out I have to contact the 1800 number and when I finally get connected with someone they make me feel like I'm bothering them. All I would like is a resolution and the help on getting me a new TV and completing my contract.

Bought a king bedframe they installed it wrong then blamed me that it broke 2 days later lol then when they finally showed up my bed is on the floor smh I bought the frame outright ....needless to say this is a crazy experience and I wouldn't wish this on anyone just go to value city trust me

Excellent customer service. YOUR EMPLOYEE KRISTY IS THE REASON WHY I’M MAKING THIS REVIEW. I watched her handle me another customer and answer the billion phone calls that came through! She did this all alone on a MONDAY! I did not see one other employee. I paid off one account and rented something else all because of her excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank u KRISTY!!

I have been leasing a washer and gas dryer set for over a year. I recently moved and although they said they just needed to know the new address, they were happy to help when I said I need assistance moving the set. The people they sent were amazing! Very courteous and kind, funny and so helpful. I couldn't get the nuts off for the tubes on the washer and they didn't mind, did it quickly and when they got them off, they skillfully got them up the stairs (steep, narrow basement stairs which is why I needed help) and followed me to my new place down the road. They were also very respectful about closing the door behind them (I have a cat) and quickly got the set down the stairs (same lay out as my old place, very narrow basement stairs) and set up my washer, testing to make sure it was done right. I work in customer service, have for years and I know better than most what bad, good and great customer service is. I'm pretty strict with grading customer service, but they were truly great! They seemed to enjoy their job no matter how exhausting it must be and genuinely happy to help. Don't let corporate Aaron's customer service scare you off, I have not had a bad experience with this store yet and am happy to keep leasing. I just ordered a new couch from this store solely because of their service when I could have bought one somewhere else.
