Depending on who you get there as far as employees is a hit or miss. When I ordered Jan 13 they promised delivery the 17th. Called me an has to reschedule. Which okay things happen. They rescheduled for that Monday. A were here this Monday an a different person called an again who stated she was the manager; to reschedule but This person was very rude. She said “ I am the only one here idk what you want me to do I can’t leave the store” didn’t apologize not once an hung up. An then I called back to request a refund a cancel an all she said sure you'll get the refund in 5 days an hung up. Again no apology. I’ve stressed to rent a center you can’t keep rescheduling with me as everyone in my home works Fulltime. We have to get days off to be there for delivery. So I feel they didn’t care about that at all. Listen I get it you don’t have anyone to deliver but that shouldn’t be my problem. Don’t promise dates until you have a for sure definite you can fulfill that date. I will not go to rent a center again.

The manager and assistant manager are both rude and unprofessional. I have rented furniture in the past, but this will be my last time. I have been paying for benefits plus on my account and went out on an unpaid medical leave from my employer in December 2023. Back in February I stopped receiving personal time that was paid by my employer and in March I spoke with assistant manager Sianni who informed me during our phone call that benefits plus was only for the coverage of damages to the furniture I was renting. I called the corporate headquarters and was told a district manager would contact me and no manager ever called me. I called corporate again on June 6, 2024, and spoke to a Victor who informed me during our call that benefits plus is for a person like me that was on a medical leave of absence and if I was unable to make payments the benefits plus program would have deferred my payments until I was able to return to work. I spoke with the store manager, and she said if I was a previous customer of theirs, "Why didn't I know how the benefits program worked." I know that their phone calls are recorded, and I would love for someone to listen to how unprofessional and rude their managerial staff are to paying consumers.

I ordered a bedroom set that was to be delivered at 4:30p.m today it’s now almost 7p.m and no furniture yet I had to call to see where was first time, then guy calls me and hour later to say they would be here by 6p.m and still nothing. No call nothing then informed they’ll just be dropping it off won’t even put together until next day!!! At this point I’m ready to cancel my order and go with another company I’ve never experienced this with Rent-a-Center. They shouldn’t agree to times if not going to delivery at that time. Just not professional or acceptable they close at 7, yet can’t even get someone on phone. I’m not impressed at all. I shouldn’t had to call about my furniture have the curtesy to keep me up to date.

Horrible customer service! Walked in to look for new furniture and beds to furnish our new apartment and all the employee had to say was “your best bet is to look online”, “we aren’t going to be able to rent everything in one shot?” Then threw a few made up figures for a monthly payment basically assuming I couldn't afford a $450 monthly payment without asking me for my income information and not showing me any of there products. I walked out!

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had been promised delivery since before Christmas. It's now 3 days after. Every day the lady on the phone said it was the last delivery of the day. Even went as fast as lying multiple times saying it was loaded on truck amd headed your way. Waited amd waited amd waited some more and never even showed up!! Whoever this manager woman was she was the most ignorant person I had ever talked to. Contacting Corporate so she cant do the same to other unsuspecting people. Going to pick upyself tomorrow amd raise hell lol it's not right
