Everything I buy a year later is demolished. Bump bed falling apart kids are toddler are you serious not even a year. My first section al 15 months later I had to throw out. Their brain sucks. It's convenient but you wasting your money on stuff. That's not good quality at all. Wood cracking. Don't let them build it and put it back your screw

Ive been a loyal customer for 10 yrs. This is my 4 th location i am dealing with. Its just horrible. My washer wasnt draining on towels /sheets setting. Called to speak to the manager. On dec 19 they came and took my washer to get fixed. It came back jan 23 with no phone call. I called on jan 28 to check. So they brought it and it had a dent in it from when they took it out without a dolly. The drum kept gitting the sides and it was only 6 months old. Needless to say the manager hung up on my twice. Not professional at all. Customer service, there isnt any. At all. So im waiting for a new washer this week bc it leaked all over my kitchen floor. They say they fixed it and ran it through a cycle but they lied on the ticket. I have all my notes, dates and times and other things if i have to make a phone call to someone else. Please dont go there. Never had a problem at any other store but this one.

Convenience yes. But do not let them take your things apart and transfer to the apartment. My bed is destroyed. I had it no more than 8 months. They didn't take it apart properly. Now it's falling apart. All scratched and everything paid over two grand for this bed within 3 months. I paid it out. Now I'm stuck waiting for this bed so completely fall apart to buy a new one. Never again

I have been a loyal customer of Aaron's for over 4 years, and my current contract is nearing its end. Recently, I attempted to place an order for an item I wanted on their website. However, my order keeps getting canceled due to an issue with verifying my information. This is baffling, as I already have an online account, and they have all my details on file. To resolve this, I sought assistance through the online chat, but the experience was disappointing. The agent I spoke with was rude and abruptly disconnected the chat. This lack of customer service has led me to believe that Aaron's no longer values my business. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Aaron's will no longer have to worry about me making any purchases.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would . Scott and Jeremiah are so good . I have had times before my promotion when I was struggling to make payments and every-time they worked with me. I have used them for over two years for almost everything I have in my apartment. I see the reviews and it’s shocking because I have never had the experience some people have said they had . Scott is super understanding and Jeremiah is always helpful. I would 100% recommend them . Unfortunately, I haven’t had any contact with Wanda to speak about her service but I love the team they are extremely helpful.
