We’ve gotten a living room set, a tv, washer and a dryer. We had the best people Ben and Chris deliver them. They go above and beyond to make us happy with the items we have! They set everything up for us. I recommend coming to RAC in Mount Pleasant for the best people! Thank you Chris and Ben!!

Terrible customer service, manager is incredibly rude not to mention the harassing phone calls every day while I'm working. 0/10 recommendation on this store. I've used multiple RAC stores over the years and this is by far the worst store/management. Aarons has alot nicer employees, so I will soon be taking my business elsewhere.

They are rude that lady is so mean and telling me that I need a hundred dollars down or I'm not leaving with the PlayStation. I have rented from rent a center before never heard of a one hundred dollar deposit on electronics the worst part is is she was so rude and so evil I don't even want to rent there. the lady here obviously manager needs an attitude adjustment.

I love my Mount Pleasant 15666 store. I've been with them for years. Anytime something happens or I need something now they get it fast. The insurance is amazing. I had a refrigerator leaking they sent a professional out and fixed the problem that day. 15666 is an amazing team
