Been waiting for 5 months to get the right bracket for the refrigerator we bought brand new. Also, my boyfriend had to help fix the door before we could bring it home.. used his own tools as well. I keep getting told it's been ordered, we'll call you right back, the manager isn't in. I've dealt with the company for years and never had an issue until I got involved with this place.

Robby is who u need to talk to. He’s VERY professional and works with u cuz he knows how we all feel. He needs to run the store compared to the other workers there. A guy who does his part as a leader and team member

I got a sectional and they said it wouldn’t fit they didn’t measure it or anything. I then said I’ll take a refund and that never happened! They called regarding my laptop payment tho……when they called I gave my card number over the phone he stated the payment went thru then 2 days later they are calling saying it didn’t go thru after all these other payments for other bills have posted. I still haven’t got my refund. I went to American freight almost found the exact 2 piece sectional they delivered it and it fit. I usually don’t have issues but I’m annoyed and probably going to return the laptop and go elsewhere!

No we've had nothing but good things happen to us with them we rent to own and it's almost paid off our living room sets brand new we got it the only way affordable also the fact is brand new finally furniture that somebody else didn't use before me hahaha:-)

I don’t know where to start, first they set me up with a time and day that the washer was supposed to be delivered to my residence Then when that time and day came they lied and said that it was for the next day in a different time like I don’t know the difference between how Monday and Tuesday sound. secondly they already got the deposit a few days in advance washer doesn’t work who do that to people? And on top of that gave me a used washer didn’t even give me the option to pick Then the guys that delivered it to my house act like they didn’t want to do their job correctly so I told them to give me a refund and come get their washer I rather buy one for all of this hassle
