The people who run this rent a center are absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. They harass you and call you a million times a day if you’re even so much as a day late and like to talk down to you for even being a day late or a dollar short. 4 missed calls in less than 6 hours after I already told them I’m at work and would pay it when I had the chance to that day. Really?!?! Same as cash price is absolutely ridiculous. Lots of fine print in their predatory contract. Wish I never even signed up. Stay away from this place.

The staff is friendly and I like their products.They are pricey,but you also are buying insurance.Their are other options to get ur product cheaper considering that, it is rent to own.

My overall experience with rent a center was ok.when they first brought me the fridge it was dented from the straps they use. I called and they took money off but it still sucked that it was dented. Other than that they are willing to work with you on late payment without coming for your stuff. If your in dire need order from here otherwise stay away your paying double for the product. Just not worth the money unless you have no other options.

I have worked with the store in Wilkinsburg and the one in Youngstown. I paid both items off on time. I moved back to Pennsylvania and Hermitage is the closest store. The first time dealing with them it was nothing but issues, but in the end it was alright. I called Monday to try and get an appliance and was told that they would call me back after work that day. It is now Saturday and I haven’t heard a peep. The staff at the other two locations were excellent and I was sad to leave them both. This location, is absolutely horrible!!!!!

Their so understanding, the manager Andy is great, cj and keisha are awesome as well! If your in a situation they will help! Dont dodge them because they will do their best to make things right! Thanks guys
