I bought a washer off them it had problems and they came right over and gave me a new one

The worst store ever brought to the hermitage location. Purchased a new couch made it very clear I didn’t and wouldn’t buy used, they displayed a new sectional. When they delivered it, it had a large rip in the back of the sofa the driver stated “ we took pictures of the tears in the back of the sofa assuming you wasn’t aware of it as they have you marked down as purchasing it new” stated by Sam the driver they refused to replace the sofa but charging full priced for a new sofa. They are a rip off I talked to upper management they pretty much lied and said the couch was purchased used and avoid replacing and or exchanging. Highly recommend not doing any business with these people and or any business with Jack! Though it’s a in store credit base I stopped making payments. Even throwing couch out, And found way better product, prices and better customer service at Rent a center. Save your money and shop with rent a center..

They dont like to work with you. My family was affected by the pandemic and they couldnt care less. A lot of the employees are rude and talk to you like you're lower than them. After we pay off our rent to own contract with them we will be doing business elsewhere.

Friendly staff and helpful management. People complain about the prices but it isn't that much different than financing with a credit card. The only difference is there is a plan and an end of payments set as opposed to paying forever on suffering if you finance with a credit card.
