Hanover stores dishonest in many areas! No pro rated refunds per store employee that stated only 1 pick up day of week offered on Thursdays! They finally picked furniture up on a Monday! After getting another payment out of me due to discrepancy. Owed a pro rated refund now! Yet I’ve received a email that ach payments due now after furniture has been picked up! Poor service!! Illegal probably because pro rated at other rental companies is applicable thru out my past! Calling store again to request turn ach off and give me back 2 weeks over paid!!

They allowed me to purchase something on a biweekly basis, knowing that I only get a monthly payment so it was not a very pleasant experience. They offered my husband a settlement offer when he makes 57,000 a year I am on a fixed income and I get 553 a month and they wouldn’t even offer me one

I always have a good experience with RAC so much so that I have bought from them a lot of my furniture, outdoor equipment, and computers since 2003.

The interest sucks but it's a great option when you need appliances and don't have great credit or 1500 dollars to spend at the moment. They've helped me keep my family comfortable and continue doing so. I appreciate the rent a center option And the management at the Hanover P.A. location. Jeff is reasonable and perfessonal which makes dealing with them a pleasant experience. Thank you for being patient and understanding. I would and have recommended them as a alternative option for anything they Carrey that you and your family may need. Times can be hard and like i said the intrest sucks but with Rent a center your family don't need to go with out. Sometimes Family's about sacrificing your personal comforts for there's. check them out for yourself what do you have to lose.

I will there was an option too let no stars at all. The manager Jeff is very unprofessional and very rude to customers when they are the ones that do wrong and charge customers cards the wrong amount an then charge the wrong card to someone else that lives in the same house hold. What it is considered a fraudulent charge cause no permissions was giving to charge that other card of the person in the house hold. The manager said he could not do nothing to resolve this an I would have to wait 4 days for my money to go back too my card. Then I was hit with a 40.00 over draft fee at my bank an Jeff would not do anything to take care of the 40 so I had to take time out of my busy day to go into the bank my self to get this cleared with them. So I would never recommend this location to anyone at all. Do your purchases elsewhere were with a different rental company that treats customers better. Jeff needs more training an all an should never be working with customers.
