If I could give one star I would. They don’t care about their customers at all. I had a fire they didn’t give a crap about me losing my stuff. I asked them politely to change my due date because I was low on money due to the weather. (I work outside) they didn’t listen I asked 3 times and I had enough I flipped out on them and all I got was a hangup. They’re disrespectful, down right ignorant. Do not buy or rent to own anything from them
I love this place, they work with you there friendly and efficient. Drivers were friendly and on time. Even in the store they talk to you and find what fits best. I recommend them.
Aaron's in Hanover was excellent in communication regarding the delivery ofy new washer and dryer. Charles and Brandon were very professional and informative regarding my new appliances. They both took care to ensure the appliances were brought in my house without concern. Would definitely recommend them
