They customer service is not good, they prices is ridiculously high, and they add high interest fee’s if i can give back the item i would, i will never shop with them again!!! Reach out to yall for what? Yall not gonna help in any type of way!!

I went in store service was very quick and very pleasant, the person who took care of me was very respectful, pleasant and very helpful, she is great at what she does, you have a very happy satisfied customer overall.

Super inconsistent. Constant miscommunication. Unreliable/irresponsible. My delivery was canceled 3x due to “no drivers showing up” for the past 2 weeks.

I had my tv nothing but a week and a half. The lady that originally helped me set everything up called me to say my payment was due but I was confused bc my payment wasn’t due for another 6 days so she apologized said she’ll have her manager fix the dates. I get a call back from the manger princess who sounded like a man but acted like a girl and demanded a payment or he was going to pick up the tv. I let him talk and told him to come pick up his tv bc the way he started the conversation was very aggressive and I didn’t need to do no business with no establishment with a manger like that. No shade to the lady that helped me but when she processed my payment I remember giving personal to set up autopay on the card I made the original payment on. Guess that wasn’t done right and that was the means of his sassiness. Mr.Baddie manager needs to be fired!!!!

Everything you can think of they rent! Tvs, washers, dryers, furniture, video games, radios, bars, dining room tables chairs, couches, recliners, they have it all. Friendly helpful staff! Great service with a smile! Good location. Easy free parking! Free delivery included in the rental price. And the delivery includes placing the item where you want it. And pick up when you are done with the item too! Great idea for items a large party! Angel and his staff were very helpful!
