Will never use them again. Have been trying to get in touch with them for a week! Yes a week, they were suppose to call me on Friday (11/28/25) to come pick up their couch and nothing. My husband and I called them multiple times on the 28th, we called all day today (11/29/25) and no answer. At this point I’m getting ready to give the couch away since clearly they don’t want to pick up their stuff. Their customer service is horrible. Do not use them. And I know they gunna reply with someone email and they are going to ignore the emails. The company is a joke and same with the store. Because how are you open and we called multiple times throughout an entire week if not more and you can’t even answer the phone. When this all started they go, I don’t have enough delivery drivers and will call back to set up a pick up time and nada. Avoid them and use Rent-A-Center. Their customer services and prices are a heck of a lot better and they will work with you and not against you.
Received mass of phone calls of reminder of balance. Manager kept changing the amount due and randomly stopped sending my account receipts. Manager refused to give online access to account . Very unprofessional!!
Absolute joke for a manager! Took a payment for an item and waited 2 weeks before telling me they were cancelling my order. Literally the day I took off for the delivery they cancelled it and the manager was an absolute jerk about it from the start. Lied about the delivery and then got an attitude about it. Will never use this company again. Update... It's been two weeks since my refund was "processed". I never received my money back and when I call the store for some kind of update the guy literally tells me he can't look and hangs up on me. Absolute joke of a store.
I was finally able to pay off my lease for two recliners I got for when I had ankle surgery. I will say that the recliners have treated me well. However, some of the experiences with customer service were awful. I will say I do not appreciate making some payments on the leases when I was not in the best financial situation with being out of work and having other bills. Also, being told i could not make partial payments when that is all i could make at the time. Employees seem to not care about other outside factors of life and that people have other bills. Or even finding ways to have more time seemed to be an issue at times. I am saying that I will not be using the services of Aaron's.
Definitely a five star experience every time. Jess and Tommy are a great team. Very attentive and meticulous about each detail. Jessica is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. Tommy the manager does his utmost to hit the ball out of the park each time and he does! Never go anywhere else. They have it all!
