Thanks to Jason at Rent-A-Center in Butler he is a wonderful manager I bought a upright freezer from them and on Monday I have a new table and a new flat top electric stove he has been so nice and so cooperative and listens to my stories when I'm having a bad day so I'm hoping that everybody else has such good service with Jason at Rent-A-Center

Extremely rude staff I've never had a issue in all my years with them until now. They all need lessons on how your supposed to handle yourself in a professional setting aswell as not hang up on customers when they r asking questions. I will be ending our contracts soon.

The most harassing people I have ever met. They added the benefits plus to my account without permission adding to the bill. Do not deal with this company! I would give them 0 stars if it was an option!

I got a computer for my daughter's birthday, after the one I ordered from Best Buy, was "accidentally" sold before I arrived. Even though I called ahead and said I was coming. I was able to go to Rent-A-Center and get a computer bundle at a better price, the same day (her birthday), and was able to make payments over time, so it didn't cause me any financial stress. The staff was helpful and really worked everything out for me. So, I am greatful and will continue to get more items there as needed. My family and I are extremely satisfied customers.

Very Helpful People who are very polite & made it very easy to handle the paperwork & the delivery was not so easy for the delivery guys, they went above & beyond the call of duty getting this HUGE couch in my door, they actually had to take the door off! But they did it with the best attitude & never once did any complaining! Thank you RAC! This is my new couch and it's my favorite couch I've ever had ❤️
