I live in attic apartment with my daughter auto pay a chair i sleep on , im trying my best struggle to pay rent bills put food on the table . Im sorry if payments aint fast enough . Once money is there its taking off. Aarons will harrass you all day with phone calls. If i remember correctly you guys used to be better.

After being with Aaron's since they've been in Butler I'm done with them I wanted to return my stove and my table and chairs and they refuse to take it back they said that I have too much invested in it but they're charging me $265 for a flat top electric oven table and four chairs I contacted the store they said they couldn't take it back because they didn't have no room and I have too much invested in it so I went over the heads of them and I called corporate and I should have somebody from corporate headquarters calling me in one to two business days I will never deal with Aaron's again I will not refer anybody to Aaron's

My husband and I desperately needed a refrigerator, ours died and we were about to lose a lot of food. We went to all the big box stores in Butler. I.e Lowe's ( AWFUL EXPERIENCE) Home depot and rent a center ( waaay over priced) and we came here to Aaron's about out of hope and saw they had a pre-owned and ready to go room. The big boss was not in this day but a lovely woman named Willow was and she was AMAZING she did everything in her power to give us what we came for,even called her boss at home for us to get us a great deal on a pre owned Samsung refrigerator thats pretty much brand new at an amazing price! Her and her boss are awesome and we HIGHLY recommend this place!

I Love this place ! Always has new designs and inspiring room designs! I have had No Problems with buying or Returning merchandise from them . The Staff is so Curtious and Polite. Thank you Aaron's for making my life easier !! Kudos to All the wonderful Staff !

Was renting from this company and had left for vacation, they showed up at my house every single day while we were gone. I saw them from my video camera banging on my doors and ringing my doorbell at lease 10 times. And each and every single day they showed up and even started looking through my windows!!! Left trash all over my porches when they left they’re stickers! The sale itself wasn’t that bad but they put in half my information incorrectly and had to call and get that fixed. I returned home from vacation and returned the item, I am not going to rent from a company that is so inconsiderate of their own customers.
