Absolutely great experience helped me out on Black Friday when my son’s tablet wouldn’t charge. Mya and the other associate that worked there I should’ve got her name as well was so helpful and friendly. Found out it was just the cord and they hooked me up with replacement one. Such great service every time I’ve called or had to go in highly recommend the team there :)

Went in to look at furniture a few times before they told me they do not do delivery on cash purchases until I was literally paying for the furniture. Set was supposed to be 800$, I guess tax is over 400$ because I paid 1200$. Then the day OF delivery they call me 2 hours before and say their moving delivery to next week lol. Process has not been smooth at all, wishing I went to Aaron’s instead.

They lie and are deceitful they promise you something then go back on it they are nasty and rude and did not care to help me at all I will not do business with them AGAIN go to Aaron’s they are so much better and understanding and will work with you and it’s a better company

I just want to give a GREAT REVIEW FOR FRANK AND JUSTIN who were moving a COUCH for a customer here at the BV HIGHRISE THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER 💯💯💯 THEY HAD SOME CHALLENGES TO OVERCOME AND THEY DID IT WITH A SMILE AND WERE ABLE TO SATISFY EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED FRANK AND JUSTIN DID AN AMAZING EXCELLENT JOB AND I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE EXCELLENT JOB THEY DID THE OTHER DAY 🙏💯🙏💯 THANK YOU AND MY NAME IS DANA

Bryan got me most of the way set up before I ever even arrived in the state, and the people at the store helped finish it up when I arrived. They truly came to the rescue at the end of an awful move that left me in a new part of the country without the majority of my things. I appreciate their work and putting up with me when I was a bit of a Karen when the delivery was delayed. Keep up the great work, everyone!
