I ordered a new whirlpool washer and dryer from here, not even a week later my washer stopped working. Some one came and looked at it, they told me it was a manufacturer issue and they would call me when the part came in. Over a week later I called and they told me they never sent anyone and made another appointment to fix it, nobody called or anything. I called again! They told me they were going to make a appointment again. I have had to wash my clothes in my tub because they couldn't keep an appointment. I am having them returned and I am going somewhere else. I would not recommend this aarons at all.

Sarah who works this locations today and many others is HORRIBLE and that’s not even a heavy enough word!! She constantly banters and argues with me and doesn’t abide by the agreed best way to contact! I’m not going to keep arguing with this Sarah girl EVERY time I interact with her! She sloppy with her customer service and messy and doesn’t have any kind of professional conduct about herself! I have not had ANY customer service experience where customer services initiates banter and escalates the issue to FURTHER banter and says “contact whoever you like about me and tell them this this and this” trashy! she is garbage at her job and I’m sick and tired of arguing with that thing they call customer service it’s exhausting. Aaron’s really needs to reconsider who they hire to represent them because she is NOT it! she is going to cause a lot of issues at your store! Her intent is not help with anything it’s to argue and cause unnecessary stress and problems! She’s very problematic and unprofessional she’s has consistent “beef” with me every time I talk with her! Never professional.

Robert and William delivered my bed and frame today, and despite the four flights of stairs they didn't complain once. They did an amazing job I offered them water, they set everything up and didn't leave until my husband and I were satisfied. Before they left we tipped them because they did an amazing job even with the hiccup of my head board. Even with the few issues I've had with Aaron's before I even got my stuff they've been super accommodating and understanding and just asking thorought the entire process. So if I ever need anything else definitely will go through Aaron's in belle Vernon again!

I am writing my review to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Sara and her general manager, Courtney. Due to an unforeseen bank freeze, I missed a single payment, and despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the situation, I was treated as if I had never made any payments at all. I made multiple attempts to reach out via email, but was told these communications were not received. Rather than offering understanding or assistance, the staff repeatedly cited policy and accused me of refusing to communicate or pay, which was not the case. Throughout my interactions, I felt that my concerns were not being listened to, and I was met with unnecessary aggression when trying to explain. Additionally, I found it extremely unprofessional that there was laughter during our calls, considering the seriousness of my situation. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and empathy, especially when circumstances are beyond their control. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again.

Workers who were too lazy to fulfill their delivery duties didn’t even try. When they arrived, they realized they would have to bend or support furniture at an angle to get it down the steps. Immediately, they started making excuses for not being able to complete the delivery. It’s worth noting that I’ve had king-size beds, a dining room table, a washer, dryer, 34'' H X 167.5'' W X 108.5'' D sectional, French door refrigerator delivered through the same entrance. Furthermore, I’ve ordered furniture from the same store before, so it’s clear that they don’t value returning customers. Having workers who waste time crafting elaborate narratives and excuses instead of putting in the effort is detrimental to business and is the reason they lost me as a customer.
