They damaged my wall in my apartment, and they came to “replace” it just to paint my wall with a different color of paint. I’ve reached out to the manager to fix it, and he’s left me on read. They don’t care about customers, just their money. I would be careful giving them business unless you want your place ruined.

I regret ever signing up with Rent-A-Center. I make weekly payments on auto-pay, scheduled every Saturday. I even have a backup card on file just in case. But the literal moment a payment doesn’t go through on a Saturday morning, they go full stalker mode. Texts. Emails. Voicemails. Phone calls. Before I’ve even had coffee. Chill out! It’s not even noon. The payment isn’t even technically late. Here’s a thought: maybe give people until the end of the day before blowing up their phone. God forbid you need a few hours to move money around or breathe as a human being, these people act like you’ve run off with their firstborn. I don’t have a single late payment on my account. It’s always paid by the end of the day Saturday. The prices are robbery. I’m paying over $3,000 for the exact same furniture set Ashley sells for $1,299. That’s more than double the price. Even their so-called “same as cash” price is jacked up to $1,817, still $500 more than buying direct. This tracks with their 2022 lawsuit for deceptive pricing practices. This company thrives off taking advantage of people who are just trying to furnish their homes without credit. I wouldn’t be surprised if they find themselves in a lawsuit again. Once I finish this contract, I’m done. Never again.

Omar the store manager doesn’t work with customers and he is very rude! If you’re not of Hispanic heritage I wouldn’t even try doing business with the woodburn rent a center!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It was very easy to find, and order, the item I wanted. It was delivered and set up within a week. I am very happy with my new bed. Thank you for making it possible for me to afford a nice adjustable bed
