Definitely don't recommend after I pay off my bedroom set they will 100 percent be losing any of my service I was honest with them about losing my source of income and maybe not being able to make a payment well I started working and then I called them today about transferring over a camera and they wanted to tell me I'm not approved for them to transfer it over because of a conversation I had not only did the guys who moved the bedroom set into my home not listen when I said it wasn't what I expected for being over 2,000 but they also damaged my back door not happy will take my business another place

Never ever ever rent the Rent-A-Center you’ll get harassed you’ll get repeated phone calls and repeated text daily. If you don’t have their money and they were harass you until you do. And if you’re married, and your husband or your wife is not on your account, they can talk to that other person about your account so I advise anybody in everybody do not rent through Rent-A-Center and they come to your house repeatedly and bang on your door and tell you answer and their employees are always on their phones when they’re driving company vehicles

tried this place at the recomendation of my sister and called ahead chris the store manager is the one i worked with from first moment i called to going into the store excellent customer service and was willing to work with me on things thank you alot

The store manager Chris and the sales manager Cole are amazing. These two are very helpful and very kind. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. The delivery guys however? Not so much. They damaged my refrigerator bringing it into my home. The computer we got, the monitor wouldn't turn on. They were supposed to come back and pick up our monitor and computer. They only grabbed the monitor. Cole calls us and tells us they need the computer as well. Just like we told the delivery guys who wouldn't listen Same ones who damaged the fridge. The management is great but man they need a new delivery team!! The stars I leave here are for Chris and Cole. The two stars not given are for the two delivery guys.

This store and staff are so kind and personable. They are welcoming and honest. They delivered my tv on a whem and were professional and respectful, helpful. This kind of service is rare in today's society and must be honored.
