I would give them 0 Stars if I could I bought a used 2023 gaming laptop so the price should have depreciated since it was used but Aaron's still charged me as if it was a new one I also found out it was a actually 2021 model so it had already been used over three years plus the laptop was 699.99 brand new in 2021 but it had already been used for three years when I got it in 2024 04/04/2024 they charged me 1,746.98 THEY SCAM FRAUD AND DISHONEST.And I will be getting a lawyer for Fraud.

I do not appreciate them coming to my house and being rude to me when I was late one week for payment. I felt like I was being harassed how the Aaron's lady used her words. She was very I'm polite .

I'm giving it 3 only because the customer service is pretty great. But honestly I hate the equipment I was sold and I feel like I was scammed a bit. I bought the TV, brought it home, and then realized it was a used TV, which isn't a problem, but wasn't disclosed. Then I quickly realized why it was returned. It is the SLOWEST TV I've ever used, doesn't connect to internet hardly ever (which I need it to for streaming services), and overall it just sucks. I contacted Aaron's to have someone come out to "fix it" (I don't think it's fixable honestly) and they said they would have someone call to schedule a time to come fix it. No one called and the next day Aaron's showed up at my door but I wasn't able to let them in to look at the TV. Since then, nothing. I talked to someone yesterday about it and they basically told me to just go buy another TV through them. Which I will NOT be doing. Just make sure you thoroughly check out the equipment you're purchasing. I wish I never bought the TV and I probably will never buy anything from Aaron's again over this.

I have bought multiple things from Aaron's in Roseburg, Oregon and have absolutely Nothing but positive things to say about that store. Holly is my all time Favourite rep there and she is very helpful, friendly, polite, professional, and just a delight to work with. I Love this store. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. :)

Working Holly and Greg has been an awesome experience for me. There knowledge of the products and product recommendations are very useful and very pleased with their choices for me. I have been working with them for years now and will do so through out the many years to come. There service and friendly and professional service to There customers are hands down the best. And there knowledge and experience and commitment to get you the products that you need is outstanding. I highly recommend this store and the outstanding staff working there. You won't be disappointed and like me continue to purchase all your products needs for years to come. I give a 100 star rating for the store and staff
