Joseph Benskin your store manager is very rude. I am returning the merchandise I have except for the tv and will never do business with this store again! They failed to take my payment in a timely manner and now I owe them 350.00! That Joe was very rude and didn't care one bit. Their guys that come to your house don't even knock they just leave their note on your door.
We moved here and needed a computer for my work, and the team made the process simple and straightforward. They were patient, professional, and flexible when we needed adjustments. We also rented a bed and appreciated how smoothly they handled an exchange when the first one wasn’t the right fit. Communication was clear, and follow-through was solid. Overall, a positive experience during a transition season.
Everything went smoothly and when I had to call the store the person who answered was super friendly and understanding
Lucy was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service skills are next level. I found her personable and empathetic. She was knowledgeable in her position and thoroughly assisted me. I was hesitant to call but I'm so thankful that I did. Thank you Lucy you are truly a helpful human being.
