My tv broke and didn't have the funds to replace right now so I went on their website found a tv at an awesome price ordered it and tried to get it delivered but it would be a week before they could deliver so I just drove to Pendleton and picked it up. All paperwork done on website only needed 1 signature in store so pleasantly suprise with the ease of things.
Nice people but they need to stop selling Hisense tvs. They're garbage. I paid mine off last summer and now it won't turn on, so now I have to buy another tv. To say that I'm annoyed would be an understatement.
Years of buying stuff from this Arron’s. Wwnt in one day for a PS five they gave me a floor model without the Spider-Man game and there’s cat hair in the box said they were going to order me a new one . never ordered me a new one so I returned it. constantly. Call me after I’ve asked them not to try to put me on a new plan, I don’t know what happened, but they change the customer service within a split second!! Tried to make a formal complaint to a higher ups !! Never received a callback or email !!!
I had a bad experience in the past. Have a new supervisor, Joe, running the place. Knowing him from the past from a different business was a straight-up individual I trust him and his word. Now, knowing that he is there, hopefully, I will not see a revolving door of management change. Delivery service is also a pretty good . Awesome workers. 👌
Great place to rent to own furniture and kitchen appliances and a sofa and laptop. Employees are very friendly and sweet and very kind and helpful. Plenty of parking outside the building. The place has a handicap ♿️ parking space and the place even has a handicap ramp to enter the building which I really appreciate.
