We have been customers for 10 years now and everyone there has been the best..they always come through with nothing but pure great customer service they always ensure your happy and do whatever they can to put a smile on your face thank you everyone

I've gotten four different appliances, three complete room sets; and I wouldn't shop any place else! They have a huge in store and online selection to shop from, have new items and pre-owned pricing which makes big purchases sensible to fit any array of people's budgets. And best of all, their customer service is unmatched in comparison, and I always leave the store glad that I chose them to do business with. The quality of the items that I have purchased has hold-up to heavy traffic of kids and pets in a busy household, and the one time that I had to use my warranty on an appliance Aaron's was helpful and attentive with my needs, and helped me to get my warranty repairs made as quickly as possible. Even the delivery guys are friendly, courteous, quick and efficient! You couldn't ask for a better crew! Anyone shopping for furniture will be pleased with their purchases and customer service if they go to Aarons!

I actually really liked this place until I was late and they threatened to pick my stuff up which is almost paid off mind you!! The manager is a dick and has no idea what customers service is!! They also accused me of breaking my Funiture on purpose like why on earth would someone want to break their Funiture which they are paying for doesn't make any since!! Point is they need a better manager and need to learn some customer service skills. There's only one person I like in this store and it the tall skinny guy with glasses he has always been nice to us no matter the situation.

Manager is not right for his position, obviously would not qualify for a MBA. After months of perfect payments and no problems we asked if we could continue our $380 a month rental agreement in another city where he has a customer. He said she's been with the company for a long time but he told us no because he "didn't trust us" (said that to our faces). a proper manager would have said that we were ok but they are leaving the area (they closed a store there) and are not willing to add customers that far away. That would have been acceptable but instead he said he didn't trust us when he had nothing to complain about us. Unnecessary insult from a poorly skilled manager costing the company $380 a month in rentals and nobody in the company cares. Beware. I do not recommend the North Bend Aaron's.
